|Sad, sad Scout
Scout has not been able to go to the shop with dad because of the construction. He is a very sad basset and hopes to see everyone very soon.
On 4/26 the upstairs apartment suffered a broken pipe and flooded the paint and scenery room below it. We had quite the mess! Werner Restoration was terrific and got us dried out but we will have restoration work to do on that room – carpet & ceiling tiles will have to be replaced (and joy of an older building we may have asbestos remediation to conduct.) Please call before heading out to the shop to be sure that someone is there and it is not asbestos remediation day. We will try and maintain normal hours as much as possible now that the big dryers are not making it sound like you are standing in an jet engine. There will be a period of time once insurance is finalized where we will probably need to be closed for a few days because of the construction but we will notify everyone via the newsletter.
Scout misses everybody – especially the UPS man who brings him biscuits. We hope to have everything back in order soon.
Matt, Lynn, Carya & Scout.
