Our shop is located in downtown Geneseo, Illinois, just down the street from the former Rock Island Lines passenger depot. Train-watching opportunities include the active Iowa Interstate mainline just outside the window (two regular and up to several extra freights per day) and the Savanna Subdivision of the BNSF Railway located about 10 minutes away in Joslin and Colona (up to 20 trains per day). Geneseo also has a variety of antique malls, art galleries, specialty shops and convenient restaurants for those seeking to make a day-trip.
